November 14, 2025 — On November 13, HUD released its fiscal year 2025 Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Continuum of Care (CoC) Program and Youth Homeless Demonstration Program (YHDP). The application deadline is January 14, 2026.

and CoC Bonus funding. Current and new

In preparation for the scheduled annual project performance evaluations and the FY 2025 renewal process, the West Central Minnesota CoC (WC-CoC) Policies require all CoC projects eligible for renewal to submit certification of their intent to renew and conduct an annual project review and ranking process.
